Areas of Practice
Estate Planning and Trusts
Our estate planning services are structured to address the different needs that come with life’s many stages. We know each client’s goals and circumstances are one-of-a-kind, and we help devise an approach that will deliver the desired results in light of these factors. We work with individuals, families and other professionals and devise the right estate plan for every client’s unique situation.
Trust and Estate Administration
Trust and estate administration requires involvement in several areas of substantive law, including federal and state income and estate tax laws, as well as state property law. We work with personal representatives (often called executors in other states), trustees and beneficiaries to ensure the efficient and orderly transfer of substantial wealth through trusts or the probate process.
Real Estate
We have broad experience in all aspects of the real estate process and regularly represent clients in transactions involving the purchase and sale of real estate. We also represent landlords, tenants and other clients who require preparation of documents for residential and commercial real estate holdings.
Business Law
We regularly organize business entities and provide general representation to these entities with respect to their business affairs, including work in the areas of contracts and commercial transactions. We can assist businesses with asset purchases and sales, business ownership issues and the purchase and sale of business ownership interests.
